Translate this opinion into English.

A well-organized tour, where the guides were available at all times. Our guide, Rafael, was truly outstanding. It was a very busy day (a matter beyond Civitatis and the guides' control), but the option to stay afterward and extend our visit on our own allowed us to explore it further. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was excellent. However, the exchange of the ticket at the Central Station of Naples, as stated in the voucher, was not possible. The Instazione booths were closed. The exchange could only be made at the entrance gate of Pompeii. We had to buy 2 audio guides and when we went to buy the tickets, since it was not possible to enter with the vouchers, the attendant explained that there was an Instazione booth at the gate further ahead. This situation needs to be explained better to the customers. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Very good. We asked for directions to the office at the station, but from then on, everything was crystal clear! We went straight to the platform they indicated with our return tickets and the necessary instructions. I wasn't completely convinced by the audio guide, but it was still very good. Translate this opinion into English.

Good service at the station counters. Access was fine, but the train experience, although unrelated to the company, was quite unpleasant, with a breakdown halfway, overcrowding, and lack of ventilation and air conditioning. Otherwise, it was good. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Visiting Pompeii is a must at least once in a lifetime. Our tour was guided by Mariella. A very knowledgeable lady who lightened up this fascinating and intense tour with her ironic humor under high temperatures. Well-maintained and preserved archaeological site. Also great was the assistance from the manager who provided the excursion. Opinion translated. Show original.

The visit to Pompeii was great, with our guide Rafael making it very enjoyable and giving us good advice. The problem was with the train tickets; they gave us the wrong ones (to a closer station), and on the return trip we had to pay for the ticket again. We went to the ticket office, but they wouldn't take responsibility because we had bought it online.

Translate this opinion into English.

Train and visit on our own with an audio guide. The problem is that the audio guide wouldn't download. They give you the code at the station, so there's no Wi-Fi, and only one of the three managed to download it. Luckily, we were able to listen to it. One suggestion: send the code for the audio guide and the tickets for Pompeii online, so you don't have to download the audio guide on the way. The app downloaded fine, but not the Pompeii audio guide. Also, the kiosk is downstairs at the station. There's another one upstairs, and they get confused. Very good service. Opinion translated. Gracias! Translate this opinion into English.

Excellent organization. They accompanied us on the train journey to meet our guide. They also provided our round-trip train tickets, which made everything much easier. The guide was fantastic! We will definitely choose Civitatis again for other activities. Thank you! Opinion translated. Show original.

Me siento engañada.

I feel cheated. I booked a guided tour in Pompeii with a Spanish-speaking guide. The booking confirmation stated that if there were fewer than six people, the tour would be with an audio guide. So far, so good. I was then referred to an external tour operator who, when I arrived, only gave me train tickets to go on my own and download an audio guide. There were only two of us. Why was I referred to this tour operator when there were only two of us? What about the rest?

Translate this opinion into English.

Considering the entrance fee is €26.90 and the train fare is €3.30, it's incomprehensible that the package cost €45 per person. The only extra was a guide on an app downloaded from the internet that only covered part of the visit. I feel ripped off.

The associated company, in this case InStazione inside Centrale Napoli to pick up our train tickets, the person who received us named Mateo only handed us the train tickets, in English (not very good), gave us a reference of where to take the train and that's it, which was not precise because we got lost and realized that when we reached the train platform he was there with more people from the same tour but in a guided mode. Terrible service for not fulfilling the instructions.
