Civitatis reviews
We show you the latest reviews from customers who have booked with Civitatis. All reviews are from customers who have booked and travelled with us. When a traveler completes an activity, we send them an email for them to rate the service. In this way, we can improve the quality we offer. Our own opinions, which are the most valuable to know what to expect from each service, we also receive reviews on external websites such as eKomi or Trustpilot. On these sites, anyone can give their opinion, whether they have traveled or not, and the comments are usually more generic, for example, about customer service.
Amazing way to get a taste of the city.
Our guide, Rebecca did a fantastic job with explaining the history and culture as we went along each stop. Her English was excellent! I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see the historic places.
The donation is going to a good cause and worth it.
El guía tenía muchos conocimientos y fue muy amable con nosotros. Nos ha explicado ampliamente la historia del Taj Mahal y del Agra Fort, así como otros datos interesantes sobre India.
Fantastic walking tour today with Tiago!
Felt like we covered the whole city and learnt a lot about the history of Porto and Portugal. I would definitely recommend taking this tour as one of the first things to do when you arrive in Porto - you'll learn the layout of the city and get some great tips on places to go while you're here!
Leonardo (Leo) was outstanding. Connected with each individual and with the group. His background and insights on the things we saw and places we visited were superb. Thoroughly enjoyable and informative. His English is great.
Our guide Alessandro was superb. Extremely knowledgeable and presented everything with a humorous touch. Presented all the local sights, gave great insight to nearby attractions and helpful hints regarding shopping and eateries. Highly recommend this tour!
